Becoming a resident of Givens Estates is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and your family. Our marketing team helps you with every step of the process, making it the easiest move you'll ever make!

Ready to become a resident? Here are the next steps.
  1. Attend an overview session to learn more about Givens Estates.
  2. Meet with a marketing representative to discuss options available to you.
  3. Complete an application to join the Future Resident list.
  4. Let us know when you are ready to make a move by activating your "ready" status.
  5. Place a 10% deposit on a residence when one is offered to you.
  6. Work with our Marketing Project Coordinator to select your custom finishes and plan your move.
  7. Schedule your closing and move-in.
  8. Become a resident of Givens Estates!

Qualifications

Qualifying for residency at Givens Estates is simple.
  • The minimum age for residency is 55. For couples, one must be at least 55.
  • A physician's exam is required. You must be capable of living independently with reasonable accommodations.
  • A financial analysis is required for your chosen residence.

Marketing Director

Jeanne LaRoe

Jeanne leads the Marketing Department. She is responsible for managing the marketing budget and placing advertising both in print and online. She provides valuable feedback to the operations team so that the community continues to meet the expectations of current and future residents.

Marketing Representative

Leslie Lang

Leslie meets with everyone who is considering a move to Givens Estates. She can answer all your questions about community living and help you select the residence that is perfect for you. Leslie also offers small group presentations several times each month, where you have the opportunity to learn all about Givens Estates and meet a few residents who live here.

Marketing Assistant

Lori Ownbey

Lori is the department administrative assistant. The glue that keeps us all together, Lori keeps the paperwork and data entry flowing. Lori is the cheerful voice on the phone when you call in for information. She looks forward to meeting all the new residents.

Marketing Project Coordinator

Melody Stewart

Melody provides the valuable project management skills necessary to prepare a residence for a new resident. She will meet with you and help you make decisions regarding standard options and upgrades to your new home. She will keep you informed of the project timeline, so that you can plan to move when the residence is ready.
