Maintenance Technician- Remarketing Coordinator

Description: A full time position is available in the Facilities Department.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  providing a lead role in scheduling and coordinating the remarketing work; Ensuring vacant residences are ready for occupancy in a timely manner; Developing quotes for upgrades; Coordinating the remarket project teams, including third party contractors; Be available to participate in on-call emergency maintenance requests at other than normal working hours, including holidays; performing preventive and general maintenance of campus facilities, timely completion of work orders, availability for on-call/after hours maintenance needs, and assisting in snow removal and inclement weather transportation.   

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have an exemplary work ethic, an eagerness to learn, good communication skills, and be willing to work in extreme weather conditions. 

Preferred candidates will possess the following skills:

  • Possess the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • General residential maintenance repair, carpentry skills a plus.
  • Previous experience providing maintenance services in a health care setting.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
  • Monitoring and maintaining building systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant licenses and/or certifications.
