Immediate opportunity for a creative professional to provide support in our team. Duties will include, but are not limited to creating documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Creating appointments and managing multiple calendars. Providing heavy phone support and customer service to callers. Must be able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. This position also deals with sensitive information and maintains HIPAA privacy information. The schedule of this position is variable hours on an as needed basis.


  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or the equivalent work experience
  • Above average computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint and database management. 
  • Show initiative within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Be able to multi-task while providing exemplary customer service
