What you'll do:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, accountability, coaching, and oversight for the operational areas of Environmental Services, Independent Living Life Enrichment, and Health Services for Givens Estates
  • Work to establish and foster an inclusive work environment and uphold the Givens culture
  • Maintain, assist, and interpret written policies and procedures and ensure they are consistently applied
  • Provide recommendations and updates to the Executive Director, participate in inspections/surveys as needed, be a liaison between families and residents, communicate with the Resident Council as needed, prepare an annual operating budget, and serve on various committees as assigned
  • Support each departmental team and provide guidance and oversight regarding operations and any changes required to meet resident and organizational expectations and goals
  • Focus on customer service and ensure the best quality care and services are always delivered to residents

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business administration, health administration, or related fields required; master's degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of LPC operations, including regulatory compliance, business operations, technology, and risk management
  • Five plus years functioning in progressive leadership roles; preferably within the senior living industry
  • Show initiative within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to multi-task while providing exemplary customer service
  • Adaptive leadership style and communication skills to support the growth and development of community operations and team members
